A crazy slapstick comedy about a factory owner called Pardon (Jan W. Speerger), who tries to get out of an arranged marriage with the energetic Fifi Hrazánková (Anny Ondráková). He persuades his uncle Cyril Pondělíček (Vlasta Burian) to impersonate him and to try and deter the girl from getting married. Pondělíček tries to get rid of Fifi with fictional tales about his lovers being mur- dered, but the boisterous young lady is downright fascinated by adventure. This comedy based on a story by Josef Skružný was made by Svatopluk Innemann. The film is accompanied by music from the group Neuvěřitelno.
